| Graveside service for Jack Norman Collins will be 1:00 pm Tuesday August 5, 2008 at the Memorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Goodpasture officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family at Jack was born November 29, 1934 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to Norman O. and Julia Edna Thomas Collins. He died Friday August 1, 2008 in St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Jack spent his youth in Skiatook. He married Jane Coen. Jack was a heavy equipment operator putting in pipelines all over Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his wife Jane Collins February 27, 2005, a brother, and his parents. Jack is survived by a daughter, Linda Mix, Jenks, Oklahoma and 3 grandsons. |
