David was born April 5, 1951 in Wichita, KS to Benjamin and Bertha Cook Howell and died June 26, 2009 at Integris Baptist Hospital, Oklahoma City. He worked as a tool pusher/driller at Bronco Drilling. He married Ginger Acree on January 9, 1979 in Enid, OK. He enjoyed fishing and he was a member of the Madison Avenue Church. Surviving are his wife, Ginger of the home, children: Aaron Brown of Oklahoma City, and Amber Jordon of Sand Springs; three grandchildren: Christian Castillo, Erin Jordon and Ashanti Jordon; sisters, Linda Pierce of KS, Sharon Nickerson of KS, Rodney Howell of Enid, OK, Douglas Howell of Cheney, KS, Debra Howell of Enid, OK, Michael Howell of Enid, OK, Brenda Howell of KS and Karen Howell of KS. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Memorials may be made to Integris Baptist Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home as custodian of the funds.
