| Funeral services for Rosa Reid Ingham, age 91 who passed away March 28, 2009, will be held at Hunter Christian Church on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 10:00 am. Pastor Steve Littrell will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Home. Rosa was born November 20, 1917 at Nash, OK to Claude and Gertrude Reid. She attended school in the Nash area and graduated from Nash High School with salutatorian honors in 1936. On December 24, 1938, Rosa married John Ingham at Newton, KS and they celebrated their 50th anniversary in December of 1988. Rosa devoted many years of her life to caring for the sick. She was a member of the Hunter Christian Church, The Canasta Club, and Enid & Hunter senior citizens. Survivors are a son, Terry Ingham of Enid, and a daughter, Jeannette Simmons of Richmond, TX; six grandchildren: T J and Randy of Hunter, John of Sugarland, TX, Shelly of San Marcos, TX, Tiffany of Prosper, TX and Ronnie of Tulsa. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; a daughter, Johnnie Lou and six brothers and two sisters. Memorials may be made to the Hunter Christian Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home as custodian of the funds. Condolences may be emailed to the family at ladusauevans@suddenlinkmail.com. |
