| Funeral services for Betty J. McHenry age 70 of Enid will be 2 p.m.Friday at the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Betty was born September 11, 1937 in Enid to Leonard and Lillie Mae Steinert Leavengood and passed away early Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at The Commons. She attended and graduated from Pioneer High School in 1955. She attended Enid Business College for 2 years. She was a wife and a homemaker and later went to work for Western Uniform and Towel service. She married Jerry McHenry on September 29, 1957 in Enid. Betty was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband Jerry of the home, daughter Veta J. Wheeler and her husband Tony of Enid, four sons David, Timothy and his wife Juanita, and Ronald and his wife Shauna all from Enid and Mark and his wife Melissa of Edmond, two brothers Tom Leavengood and Larry Leavengood both of Enid, one sister Virginia Loesch of Fairmont, OK, three grandchildren Michelle Wheeler, Brycen McHenry, and Jaycob Munholland.
