A Celebration of Life Service for Marie V. Heinrichs age 89 of Enid will be 10:00 am Friday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Ted Kuschel officiating. Burial will follow in the Enid Mennonite Brethren Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Marie was born May 3, 1925 in Henderson, NE to John and Helen Pankratz Siemens and went to her heavenly home early Monday, April 20, 2015 while she was a resident at Golden Oaks Nursing Home.
She married David Heinrichs on September 12, 1943 in Enid and he passed away September 7, 1985. She moved to Enid in 1941 from Fairview.
Marie became a member of Enid Mennonite Brethren Church and later became a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children , Marilyn Knaak and husband Richard of Enid, Len Heinrichs of Tulsa, and Connie Rose of Edmond, grandchildren Tina and Don Lavicky, Sarah and Jeremy Sells, Matt and Kira Rose, Melissa Rose and Jason Heath, 12 great grandchildren, sister Lily and Marvin Kroeker, and a brother Nick and Jean Siemens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, John and Jim Siemens, two sisters Rose Sawatzky and Helen Ediger.
Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
