Obituary for Kenneth Lee Loesch

A Celebration of Life services for Kenneth L. Loesch age 71 of Enid will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Scott Whittenburg and Rev. Kenneth Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 Monday at the funeral home.
Kenneth was born January 11, 1944 in Enid to William L. and Bertha Roggow Loesch and passed away June 18, 2015 at his home. Kenneth was raised in Fairmont Community and baptized at Zion Lutheran Church and confirmed at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, where he was active member. Kenneth attended Douglas School and the family moved to Enid. Kenneth went to Adams, Longfellow and graduated from Enid High School in 1962. Kenneth attended Phillips University, Oklahoma State Tech and OSU. He was in the Oklahoma National Guard from 1965-1971. Kenneth farmed in the Fairmont-Covington areas. Kenneth married Diane Schultz on October 22, 1993.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Diane of the home, two sisters Margaret and Earle Wagner of Oklahoma City and Marcella Matthews of Ponca City, step children Kari and Rick Wells, Honolulu, HI, Frank Robinson, Sumter, SC and Kristi and Chris Joyce of St. Mary’s, GA, Step grandchildren Bailey Wells, Jacob and Sidney Joyce, Aidan Robinson, Sara Wells, Nathan Robinson, and Madilynn Robinson, nephews, Erick, Brian, Bret, Devin Wagner, William and John Matthews, mother-in-law Velma Schultz, brother-in-law’s Stan and Debbie Schultz and Richard and Vicki Schultz, sister-in-law Suzanne and Steve Johnson, numerous nieces and nephews, uncles Wallace, Victor, and Gerald Roggow.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Raymond Loesch, brother-in-law Don Matthews and father-in-law Chester Schultz.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran School, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, or Russell-Murray Hospice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
