Condolence From: Larry Kropp
Condolence: My heart goes out to all of Howard's family and friends. We had many classes together at Montgomery High, and I well remember our IDSP group where Howard planned to design and build a helicopter. He was a genius, and I'm sure he would have built it, given time. His life after the accident was a testimony to his faith in the Lord.

Condolence: My condolences to Howard's family, particularly, to Kathryn and Clark. I was always impressed how Kathryn was such a strong advocate for Howard, always seeing that he received the best care.
I first met Howard two decades ago. I remember that he had a great, quick, and subtle sense of humor. Sometimes, he would answer my questions in Spanish to amuse me.
The Bible assures us that Howard will be resurrected to a life of perfection. For God, it is impossible to lie. I'll look forward to meeting him again in the future.

Condolence: As a youth, I remember Howard well. His brother was married to my aunt and he was my cousins uncle; which meant he was family. I remember him prior to the accident and after - he was always kind and had such a sweet smile. I am grateful to have known him and to know he is now with His Savior and Joseph and Lillian. My sincerest condolences to the Badger family. Ruth
