Obituary for Kenneth Dwayne Mullikin

A Celebration of Life service for Kenneth D. “Pete” Mullikin age 89 of Enid will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Christian Church of the Covenant with Rev. Pat Sutherlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-
Evans Funeral Home.
Kenneth was born October 17, 1926 in Enid, OK to Hubert and Marie Loughman Mullikin and passed away November 12, 2015 at the St. Mary’s Regional Hospital. He was raised in Enid and graduated from Enid High School. He entered the Army/Air Corp served during the WWII. He married Gloria “Dody” Addington on June 19, 1948 in Muskogee, OK.
Pete worked for Owen’s Supply and later went to work for Champlin Refinery for 30 years before retiring. He was a member of the Christian Church of the Covenant.

He is survived by his wife Dody of the home, daughters Linda Erbele and husband Bruce of Conroe, TX, Leslye VanBuskirk and husband Rodney of Enid, son Kenneth E. Mullikin and Sherrie Hanson of Enid, grandchildren; Scott and Angie Hemphill, Holly and Cary Weddington, Garrett and Kim Erbele, Chris and Jeannie VanBuskirk, Richard and Erin Hays, Kaitlyn Mullikin and Travis Devine, 12 great grandchildren and a niece Nancy and Brad McCormick.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Todd Hemphill, granddaughter Madison VanBuskirk, and a sister Billie Lee Goodwin.

Memorial may be made to the Christian Church of the Covenant with Ladusau-
Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
