Condolence: Phil was my self-appointed adopted brother. I grew up next to the Buller family from a baby until 3rd grade. Phil made me feel a part of the family (along with the rest) by pulling my hair and relentless teasing. Making me feel no different then his real sisters. Although I didn't see him often in later years he always remembered me. RIP my brother. You will be missed.

Condolence: I had just played a nice round of golf Saturday with Phil. It was the first time I had met him and he was a joy to be around. Fun guy. Talked about his back patio and how he loved spending the mornings back there drinking Keurig coffee. He even said that Keurig was probably gonna pay him this year for how much coffee he drank! I grieve your loss with you and hope for quick healing. Its amazing how a man can make such a great impression on someone in 6 hours! I will always remember Phil.
