Obituary for Deloras Lucile Oringderff (Robertson)

A Celebration of Life service for Deloras L. Oringderff age 93 of Enid will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Central Christian Church with Rev. Don Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5:00 - 6:30 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Deloras was born January 25, 1921 in Enid to Orval and Lillie Sands Robertson and passed away at her home on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Deloras grew up in Enid and attended Enid High School. She married Cecil Glen Oringderff on June 28, 1939 at the First United Methodist Church and they farmed west of Enid for nearly 60 years. He passed away December 24, 1999. She greatly enjoyed cooking for family and farm hands and was known for her cherry pies. Deloras got her love for flowers from her mother and enjoyed taking care of her flowers and plants.
Deloras was an active member of Central Christian Church, where she was part of the Sooner Sunday School Class. She belonged to Union Neighborly Club and charter member of Imo Neighbors Farm Club.
Deloras is survived by three daughters Beverly Ryan and husband Rick of Bartlesville, Shirley Salisbury and husband Wayne of Enid, Judy Ross and husband Stephen of Cookeville, TN, seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and eight step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and Sister Iretta Terrel.
