Condolences

Condolence From: Jerry and Tamra Tucker
Condolence: Dear Belva and Lamb Family,
We will always cherish and treasure the memory of our beloved friend, Norman, and the members of the family. He has taught, encouraged, and inspired us greatly to become proud Americans, proud Okies, proud Enidites, and proud U.S. Army Veterans. We, Enid, Oklahoma, and America are better because Norman and the family have been here. Dearest Lamb Family:
"May the warmth of God's love embrace you, May the compassion of those who care surround you, and May the joy you once shared brighten your days with the assurance that LOVE LIVES FOREVER."

Condolence: Dear Belva, Norman's precious obituary is in the Tulsa paper this morning, too late for me to come to Enid for his service. Please know I will pray for you and your family. Indeed, he was a fine man and he loved you above all things on earth! He was always talking about you! I knew him as Senator during my time in Enid '76-82.

Condolence From: Drake Keith
Condolence: It was with my deep regret to read that Norman passed away. I wanted you his family to know that I have hold such fond memories of our acquaintance and how much he meant to me in choosing to come to OK U to coach football with Bud Wilkinson. Norman was the one who showed me around and was instrumental in helping me make the decision to come here that changed my life forever.
Other jobs took me away. After 30 years, my wife and I returned to OKC after retirement.
I will always hold a special place in my heart for Norman who was my colleague and friend for many years. I am sorry we have not had more time together since I returned.
With deep affection, Drake Keith

Condolence From: Gail Henderson Sr
Condolence: With sadness upon reading the obituary column in the Oklahoman this morning, that a great Enid resident had past away. I do miss our conversations we often had about Newt Gingrich and a little politics while visiting my parents, the late Art and Lucile Henderson. We appreciate all the legal advise you provided to our family after the murder of my late brother, Miles Henderson. My family has much respect for you and your family, we know your are missed so much. Looking forward to seeing you on the other side. God Bless each of you. Here is to the next governor of OKLAHOMA!!!!!!

Condolence From: Beverly Findley Young
Condolence: I worked for Senator Jerry Pierce when Sen. Lamb was serving as floor minority leader back in the late 70's. Norman Lamb was always "happy-go-lucky" and had a contagious smile. I don't think I ever saw him discouraged about anything. I feel very blessed to have known him back then, and never forgot the influence he had on me, and the respect he displayed to fellow Senators, and those who did not agree with him. He was truly one of "God's great men." I will be praying for all of the family.

Condolence From: Mike and Octava Pitman
Condolence: Sad to hear, but knowing that Norman has been greeted by a host of many others in GLORY. A man of great faith. Loved his Sunday School class Lambs Flock for over 8 years at Emmanuel. Many trips touring Oklahoma and Branson, MO. with Norman and Belva. Norman had an infectious smile and personality. He loved his Savior and his church, and his family. Tava and I rejoice in the fact that we will see him again with all the saints in the place that GOD has for us. As scripture says: comfort you one another. May GOD give the family strength to go through this difficult time.
