Condolence From: Donna Maddox
Condolence: Charlie was a good provider and hard working. He suffered miserably at the loss of his brother who died in Vietnam. Sadly, he could not heal and all this broken ness lead to a sad life. You were a good guy Charlie. I am sorry for the painful life you lead. I hope you and Ray are reunited and finally at peace.

Condolence: To, Danny, Katie and family, Finding the right words at times is difficult, for its hard to know someones heart. Love follows us, no matter how far. Charlie and I used to joke with each other about many things, it was a good time in his life. I, always seem to attach songs to people in my life, the other day I heard "Seminole Wind", if memory serves, your dad like that song a lot, maybe that's why he popped into my head. The version by John Anderson was the one he liked. Charlie is on his way home! So blow, blow Seminole wind Blow like you're never gonna blow again I'm callin' to you like a long-lost friend But I know who you are .."A day for toil, an hour for sport, but for a friend is life too short." Love Aunt Maggie

Condolence: Charlie was a member of our class in the first grade. He joined us again in 1968 and graduated along with us. He was such a kind and considerate guy and I'm sure he will be missed very much. My sympathy goes to each and every member of his family. God will be with you all during this time.

Condolence: I first met Charlie (we knew him as Buddy then) in the first grade at Lahoma. He then returned his senior year to graduate with much the same few he started school with 12 years earlier. Such a friendly, smiling, good natured individual. So sorry to hear of his passing.
