A Celebration of Life service for Sherry Ellen Torrey age 73 of Drummond will be 2:00 pm Sunday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Alan Seibel officiating. Burial will follow in the Del Norte Cemetery under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Sherry was born on November 25, 1944 in Dela, OK to Jack and Georgia Cash and passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital. She worked as a waitress for the Wagon Wheel and at the Holiday Inn for several years. She married Delbert Torrey on December 23, 1969 in Enid.
She is survived by her husband Delbert of the home, sons; Kenny Hammons of Drummond, Tim Hammons of Enid and Dusty Torrey and wife Raye of Locust Grove, OK, grandchildren; Zack, Alex, Rylie and Regan.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters; Jackie, Joyce, Juanita, and Patsy and brother Dean.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society with Ladusau-Evans as custodian of the funds.
