Obituary for Becky Ann Booth (Land)
A Celebration of Life Service for Becky Ann Booth age 67 of Enid will be 10:00 am Monday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Max Colaw officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 pm in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Meeker, OK under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 at the funeral home.
Becky was born October 5, 1952 in Raymondville, TX to Henry and Margaret Bray Land and passed away December 26, 2019 in Oklahoma City. Becky graduated from Alva High school in 1970. She married LeRoy Booth on May 17, 1969 in Alva, OK. She was a housewife while LeRoy served in Vietnam. Their son Scott was born in 1972 and they moved to Enid in 1973 and their daughter Cherish was born in 1975. Becky worked several jobs throughout her career including Tupperware and Petra Fashions winning several trips around the world. She opened Quality Overhead Doors in 1985 and later opened Synergy Fitness Center and Jamaica Me Tan in Enid in 2005 along with her husband.
Becky is survived by her husband, LeRoy, son Scott Booth and wife Sherri of Florida Keys, Daughter Cherish Miller of Enid, a brother Henry Land, Jr and wife Diane of Atlanta, GA, sister Ann Overland of Long Beach, CA, 7 grandchildren, a great grandson due in May, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
