Obituary for Joyce Marie Kurtz (Gray)
A Celebration of Life service for Joyce M. Kurtz age 80 of Enid will be 2:00 pm Monday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation and services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Joyce was born and adopted by the late Theodore and Stella Shattuck Gray in Wichita, Kansas on October 10, 1939 and passed away on May 12, 2020 at the home with her closest friend by her side.
She married the late Robert G. Abiera in 1955 and is survived by their children: Robert D. Abiera and Kimberly Moorman of Enid, and Angel Arnold of Albion, NY. In 1986 she married Charles Kurtz and he passed away December 4, 2018. Also surviving her are 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was an avid reader, a music lover, and enjoyed playing her piano. She loved to garden and was a passionate supporter of animal rights.
