We have known Dana for many years. My husband taught school with her and they became buddies. Through all her trials, she remained smiling and hopeful. She missed her daughters but said they were doing what they always wanted to do and she was so proud of them. She expressed to us that her cancer had returned and she didn't know what was next for her but she loved the Lord and knew she was in his hands. She was such a sweet, kind lady and a lovely spirit about her. We will miss our conversations with her but know she will again rejoin those who have gone before her she will rejoice.

I first met Dana at Zion Lutheran Church when she and Gentry were young marrieds. Later I worked for Dr. Rumph who was Dana’s OB Dr. I will never forget the day Chesney decided to make her grand entrance! Dana was scared, but collected as Clark worked Frantically to find before cell phones! Dana had such a sweet and kind spirit, I enjoyed her as a patient and friend! She waged a brave and hard battle...she was a warrior ❤️ And nothing made her happier than you girls. Prayers for comfort and peace in the days ahead.

Chesney and Kiersten I am so sorry for your loss of your mother Dana. She was a very sweet and strong women. We had met at Zion Lutheran Church many years ago you two were little girls. As time pasted she and I would be at the Post office seems at the same time so we would stop to visit. she would share wonderful stories of you both. She was so very proud of you. I loved hearing the stories of what you were doing and what wonderful women you have become. May time help you to deal with this loss and help you hold on to the wonderful memories you all shared. Gods Blessings to you both. Janie Carpenter and Family Lahoma Ok.
