Obituary for Carole Kay Unruh (Stranghoner)

A Celebration of Life for Carole Kay Unruh, will be held at a later date.
Carole Kay Unruh, of Enid passed away September 8, 2020. She was born November 27, 1940 in Ashland, Kansas to Theodore and Relnah (Reinhart) Stranghoner. She graduated from Ashland High School. She got her training in Cosmetology, and practiced that trade for many years. Carole enjoyed painting and gardening. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Carole was a devoted Christian and worshipped at both Calvary Baptist and Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Tabitha Simon and her husband Scott, Michelle Rahman and her husband Christian; stepdaughter, Susan Robertson; grandchildren, Brandon Unruh and his wife Becky and Daniel Marshall, Silke Sleet and her husband William, Cornelia Hetleoen; great grandchildren, Samantha Robinson, Nathanel Unruh, Branson Unruh, Jackson Unruh, Brooklynn Unruh, Taylor Marshall, Shelby Marshall, Daniel Marshall Jr., Alexcia Marshall, Leighton Olivia Sleet, Aara Jacobs and Rhea Garfield; one great- great grandson Ryder Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family members and friends.
Carole is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marlin Unruh; daughter, Carolyn (KK) Unruh.
