Obituary for Betty J. Sparks (Harman)
A Celebration of Life service for Betty J. Sparks age 91 of Goltry, OK will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Lyle Buller and Isaac Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Karoma Cemetery, Goltry, OK under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Betty was born July 29, 1929 in Meno, OK to Austin and Martha Becker Harman and passed away November 10, 2020 in Greenbrier Nursing Home. She was raised in Meno and graduated from Ringwood Schools. She was united in marriage to Thurman Sparks on January 14, 1949 in Enid, OK and he passed away May 14, 2015. She was a housewife and walked along side her husband in the ministry for over 50 years. She was an awesome cook.
She is survived by her daughter Rhonda and husband Vernon Sanders, Jr of Goltry, son in law Lyle Buller, grandchildren; Travis and Tammy Buller, Tana and Harlan Theilen, Isaac Sanders, Levi Sanders, Miranda Sanders; great grandchildren, Carly and William, Dalton, Caitlin and Tyler, Ben, and Abby and great-great grandchildren Ace, Noah, Layla, Charli, Luka, and Zara, brother Jerry Harman and other family members.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Larue Buller and Lavatta Sparks and grandson Todd Buller.
