Barbara D. DeVault, age 80 years, of Enid, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019. She was born March 13, 1939 to Earl and Josephine King. She was a published author of several books; including children’s books and several fictional novels. She owned Booktrees & Etc. for 17 years. She had three children; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister JoAnn and brother-in-law, Max Waggoner. She is survived by three children, Cheri Jenkins of Enid; Wes DeVault and wife Michelle of Skiatook, Ok; Van DeVault of Edmond; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; as well as a niece, Joella Wheeler and husband Rob of Colorado and nephew Roger Waggoner of Enid.
