Geraldine Beebe

Funeral Service for Geraldine Beebe, age 80, of Enid, will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jim Edmison officiating. Burial will follow at the Hennessey Cemetery. Service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Geraldine was born May 8, 1945, in Enid, Oklahoma to J.W. and Mildred Frances (Montgomery) Burton, and passed away on August 29, 2025 at the Commons in Enid. Geraldine graduated from Enid High School in 1963, then furthered her education at Enid Business College.

On November 25, 1968, she married Ray Dean Beebe in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Enid and raised their family.

Geraldine worked various jobs, she worked at Messer-Bowers Insurance, the Methodist Home in the office, and Hertz Rent a Car when it was located downtown. She enjoyed playing the piano, going to garage sales, and was an avid reader, but spending time with her family is what she enjoyed most.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents, J.W. and Mildred Frances Burton; husband Ray Dean Beebe; sister Jan Mild; and grandson Jacob Ramirez. She is survived by her daughter Jo Elaine Winsett and husband Bob of Enid; two sons, Bert Charles Beebe of Enid, and Joseph Isaiah Beebe and wife Melissa of Enid; one stepson Ray Dean Beebe Jr. and wife Kim of Sarah, MS; two sisters Jeanne Guenther and husband Darwin of Des Moines, IA and Jill Burton of Aline, OK; five grandchildren Joshua, Jonas, Jessica, Blake, and Keira; and three great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Geraldine's name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love, or The Commons with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
