Jana Su Hill

A Celebration of Service for Jana Su Hill, age 86, of Enid, will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the First Baptist Church, with Pastor Jonathan Gilliland officiating, with burial following at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm, Monday, May 25, 2026 at the funeral home.

After a lifetime of making others feel loved and at home, Jana Su (Morris) Hill departed May 14, 2026, and is now home with Jesus her Savior. Her daughters and their families, and countless friends far and near will miss her presence but are comforted by the Bible's message-those who accept by faith God's offer of redemption through Jesus Christ experience joy and gladness when their earthly journey is done. Heaven with Jesus is Jana's reality today.

Jana was born on August 31, 1939 and lived in Enid her entire life. After a short courtship she eloped with Robert Ernest Hill in 1957 and celebrated over 68 years of marriage. Her greatest wish was fulfilled when she became a mother to two daughters Cinda and Sandra. She is known as Nana Jana to her five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Jana worked as secretary to the pastor at First Baptist Church Enid prior to her career as a secretary with OSU Extension. Jana loved tennis, golf, organizing fashion shows, entertaining in her home, playing cards, going out to eat, and studying the Bible with friends.

Jana was preceded in death by her husband Robert E Hill; parents Jesse Mae (Maxey)and William Sylvester Morris; two brothers Billy Morris and Tom Morris; one sister Vonna Humphries; and precious great-granddaughter Avery Marie Bunting.

She is survived by two daughters Cinda Bunting and Sandra (Neal) Michal; five grandchildren Tyler (Lindsey) Bunting, Brayden (Kaelyn) Bunting, Jay Michal, Bailey Bunting, and Blake (Blair) Michal; and four great-grandchildren Brewer Bunting, Everett Bunting, Brynn Bunting, and Leon Bunting.

Jana will be remembered for her joy in serving. Today she is with her Lord Jesus whom she knew by faith and now knows by sight. She will be missed, but the thought of her enjoying complete healing brings much comfort. Surely, she heard her Savior say, "Welcome home. Well done!"
