Maryetta was born on February 13, 1937, in Burrton, KS to Claude and Sarah (Hale) Grandon, and passed away on January 3, 2026, in Enid, surrounded by her loving family.
With hearts full of love and gratitude, we remember our beloved wife, mother, great-great grandmother, and friend, who passed away surrounded by the legacy of a life beautifully lived. She was the heart of our family, a woman of deep faith, quiet strength, and unwavering love.
This March, she and her beloved husband, John Richard Kelly, would have celebrated 70 years of marriage. A remarkable testament to their devotion, commitment, and enduring partnership. Together, they built a life rooted in love, patience, and faith, setting an example that will continue to guide generations to come.
Her devotion to God was the foundation of her life. She was a loyal member of Willow View Methodist Church for 45+ years. She lived her faith daily through kindness, prayer, service to others, and unconditional love for her family. Her gentle spirit and steady trust in God were a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew her.
She found her greatest joy in her family and took immense pride in the generations that followed her. Her wisdom, stories, prayers, and warm presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
Though we mourn her passing, we rejoice in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who went before her, and welcomed her home into eternal rest. Her legacy of faith, love, and devotion will live on in every life she touched.
