Cheryl Powell was born April 7, 1949 to Loren and Zola Powell in Norwalk, California and passed away August 2, 2021 in Enid. She touched a number of lives at Grace Ministries, and served there many years.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Toni Hook; niece, Cresta Stamper; nephew, Tim Stamper; great niece, McKenzie Stamper; and great-nephew, Payton Stamper.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Loretta Stamper; and brothers, David Powell, Dale Powell and JC Powell.
