August 9, 1957 — December 28, 2021

A Celebration of life for Trudie Karen (Sanford) Kiedis Ross, of Enid, will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, January 6, 2022 at her residence, at 3225 E. Randolph #7-A.

Trudie Karen (Sanford) Kiedis Ross was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 8, 1957, and peacefully gained her wings with family holding her hand on December 28, 2021, due to complications with COPD. During her childhood, she traveled around the US and Germany with her mother, Helen Audine (Holderfield) Hoskins, father, Gene Hoskins, and big sister, Penny Diane (Sanford) Moneypenny. She graduated from Enid High School in 1976, then she married John Kiedis in 1977; and they had two children, Misty (Kiedis) Brinker and Dustin Kiedis. She enjoyed being “the cinnamon biscuit lady” at Hardee’s for many years. Then until retirement, “the lunch lady” at Waller Middle School. Trudie was an avid OU football fan and loved her cat, Chance, beyond words. She especially loved going to “the gym” (Integris Heart and Vascular Institute) to work out with her many friends.

Trudie is survived by her father, Gene Hoskins; daughter, Misty Brinker and husband Justin; son, Dustin Kiedis; sister, Penny Moneypenny and husband Tom; grandchildren, Caitlyn, Dominique, Blaze, Alyssa, Christian, Paityn; and great grandchild, Penelope.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Audine and brother, Rick Sanford.

Memorials may be made to the Enid Cat Clinic.
