Santos Rubalcava

A Celebration of Life Service for Santos Rubalcava, age 73, of Enid, will be 10:00am, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Kevin Winter officiating, with a private family graveside at Enid Cemetery following the service. Service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Santos was born on June 28, 1952, in Tlaquepaque, JAL, Mexico, to Santos and Carmen Rubalcava Hernandez, and passed away on February 27, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Santos worked at Central Machine for over forty years as a lead man, as a metal fabricator. Santos married Donna Brown, on December 23, 1984, in Enid. Santos loved to garden, he had a green thumb and had the nicest yard in the neighborhood. Santos was an avid animal lover; he never turned one away and was always feeding any animal.

Santos was a quiet man, when he spoke, you listened. He was a generous man, to family and friends, always handing out the fruit of his labors.

Santos loved his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild. There was always room in his kitchen, for friends and family, and you never left his home on an empty stomach.

Santos is preceded in death by his parents; and five siblings. He is survived by his wife Donna; two children, Sondra and her spouse Refugio Hernandez, Marlin and his spouse Lori Baker; four grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel, Jessica, and AJ; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild; and two siblings, sister Consuelo and brother Jose Luis, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Santos' name can be made to Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
