Stephanie Hammond

January 23, 1973 — May 4, 2025

A Celebration of Life Service for Stephanie Lynn Hammond, age 52, of Pond Creek, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Greg Clinage officiating. Service and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Born on January 23, 1973, in Bakersfield, California, to Dan and Debra Landers, Stephanie's life was a beautiful testament to compassion, resilience, and devotion to family. She passed away peacefully on May 4, 2025, in Oklahoma City, surrounded by the love she so selflessly shared throughout her life.

Stephanie graduated from high school in Palacios, Texas. Afterward, she moved to Oklahoma, where she met and married Frank Hammond in May of 1996. Later, she married Rusty Galliton. A devoted mother of four, Stephanie found her greatest joy in her children and grandchildren.

Driven by a desire to care for others, Stephanie pursued a degree in nursing at Northern Oklahoma College, earning her associate's degree. She dedicated her career to helping cancer patients, offering not only her medical expertise but also her kind heart and comforting presence. In 2014, she retired to focus on the people she loved most-her children and grandchildren.

Stephanie is survived by her children: Malorie Gatica, Eric Galliton, and Aimee Brown (Austin Peterson); her significant other, Frank Hammond and step-son BJ Williamson; her parents, Dan and Susan Landers; her siblings: Kasey (Tony) Gioletti, Jeremy (Patricia) Bryant, and Amanda Bryant; her grandchildren: Rikki, Joleigh, Dustin Jr., and Jerry Brown - Parker and Piper Peterson - Peyton McCollough, Tucker, Paislee, and Sage Brown - and Gunnar Williamson who were the light of her life; and many extended family members and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Debra Landers; her sister, Jennifer Beaver; and her daughter, Natalie Peterson.

Stephanie will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, quiet strength, and the joy she brought into the lives of everyone she met. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will live on through those who were blessed to know her.
