Condolence: I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of your mother and grandmother. She was a wonderful ladie and a great teacher in school. She helped my younger brother Gary a lot in school. She made a differance in the community where ever she lived. Both of your parents were wonderful people and very good friends to my family. You have every reason to be proud of them they were friends and mentors to many. Once again My Sincere Condolences.

Condolence From: Carolyn Herbert Christie

Condolence: Your mother gave me my first alto saxophone lesson when I was in the 4th grade. She was very patient with all of us. I can imagine how bad we must have sounded as beginning band students at that age.

I also remember her as a good friend of my mother and their dedication to the Athenian Club.

I also remember going to the bank and your father assisting with my "big" deposits into my savings account.

Condolence: Dear Susan and Steven and your families, Our daughter Suzanne who lives in Dallas told me that your mother's obituary appeared today. Please accept my sincere sympathy. I remember Dorothy well as a kind person. My husband Gene died November 20th. We miss our loved ones but have wonderful memories of them always and our connections in Garber.
