Funeral services for Eileen York will be Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 10:30 am at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Don Tines will officiate. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.



She was born July 30, 1924 in Granite City, IL, the daughter of Clayton and Gladys Miles and died March 11, 2012 in Enid, OK. She was united in marriage to Milas York, August 23, 1947 in Hammond, IN and he preceded her in death in 1994.



Eileen was a member of the Moose Lodge where she served as Senior Regent. Mr and Mrs York were very socially active, avid bowlers and loved spending time in Las Vegas.



Survivors include one daughter, Arleen Gegenheimer and husband, Jerry of Enid, OK; two grandchildren, Brandi and Jacob; one great grandson, Eric and one sister, Doris Burgwald of Dyer, IN.



She was preceded in death by her parents.
